Registration for the 2012 Vienna Little League Challenger Program is now open! The Vienna Challenger Little League is baseball for boys and girls that have any special needs that preclude them from participating in the mainstream Little League. Please click the following link to register your player:
Participation is free and children do not need any baseball experience. The first game of the 2012 spring season immediately follows the Vienna Little League opening day ceremonies at Yeonas Park on Saturday April 14th. All other Challenger games will be played on Sunday afternoons at 1:30 pm.
Players will participate in games with assistance from other Vienna Little League Majors players and coaches. We encourage parents to watch from the stands or participate on the field.

Science Fair registration forms are due January 27th. OPEN TO ALL AGES. There are plenty of age appropriate projects for every child. The Science Fair is on February 21st from 6:30 - 8 pm. Click here for a registration form.

Join your Freedom Hill friends and their families for some exclusive ice time at Reston’s Skate Quest. From 6-8 pm on Saturday, January 21 the ice rink will be exclusively for Freedom Hill families and their invited guests. The advanced ticket sale cost is only $10 which includes skate rentals. You can pay on www.P4SSO.com up until Friday evening, January 20. Results from our Happy New Year 2012 Box Tops collection contest:
We had students from 27 different classes turn in Box Tops for the Happy New Year 2012 contest. Congratulations to Miss Wyatt’s class who turned in 469 Box Tops! They will be receiving a special prize.
Congratulations also to Mr. C’s second graders who came in second with 389 Box Tops. All students who submitted Box Tops will receive a 2012 calendar book mark to use. Thank you to EVERYONE who participated – your efforts raised over $450 for our school! Remember to keep saving your Box Tops – Our next collection contest will be very announced soon.
